hi
AT last!! my weight become as what i want after loosing 20 kilos in 2 years :roll: iam so happy :D :D :D iwas about 79 now iam 59 so iam happy one now

i have a peice of advice for who want to loose some weight that do'nt give up if had deit and it'sn't work directly cuz it takes some time to work well.

Congratulations! It is not easy to lose weight but it can be done if you faithful to your goal.

Dixie, all diets work as long as you eat less calories than you burn.

You will surely lose weight if you do this. The "experts" are wrong if they say any different.

I will give you proof.

Many of my countrymen were taken as prisoners during WWII (World War 2).
They were fed watery soup to eat and worked 20 hours a day. ALL of them lost a lot of weight. There were none who had some kind of "thyroid condition" who were able to keep their weight on!

I know it is hard but in order to lose weight one must simply eat less. Some people have to eat less than others. I have been trying to lose weight myself. I only want to lose 3 -4 pounds, to have a ripped stomach. This last few pounds is the hardest. It seems that I hardly eat at all.

in fact i did'nt follow any deite!!!!!!!!!!!

i just eat less and do more practices but in same time i ate every thing even choclate i had :lol: but not everyday once at week was good, so u can make ur deit :D

No, no, Uncle Bambang should not work that long! That was a very unhealthy way to lose weight....but it works.

Sweets has discovered the secret to losing weight. Just eat less. Always leave the table feeling a little bit hungry.
People in USA tend to eat too much. They have too big meals. When you eat in a restaurant here, there is far too much food on the plate.

for uncle bambang: deit is a system for life ,it doesn't mean be huger don't worry about that :wink: and u said that ur too old u should take care about ur health and have deit suit ur age.

No I did not just lose weight but I have professionally , in the past, trained people in the gym to lose fat and gain muscle.
