May be I know the "soba" .It's a kind of noodle? :D
I'm interested in how you eat them..
In china we call the"soba" as "qiao mai mian".. It may be cooked by boiling ~ :P

I do not know what is! But you think that it can obtain it in some restaurant in Costa Rica? I am of this country and this food is very common here! Think that Soba "in a restaurant can request" and me they serve it? Me you recommend it?
