Vietnamese's food

Post by vietnamman »

When you come VietNam, I think that you will be very interested in "phở" (I can't translate it into English, because English's words don't contain it)
"Phở" is a common food of Vietnamese. it contains "bánh phở" & onion & "nước dùng"
"Bánh phở" is maked from rice, its figure is long with white colour and very soft. But when you eat it you feel very delicious & fragrant.
"nước dùng" is Sauce that was maked with special Formula of Vietnamese.

"Phở" is a famous Vietnamese course, but we don't eat it daily. And in fact it is best in Hanoi, in other areas u can't enjoy good "phở".

This Vietnamese man forgot to add beef or chicken in this delicious course :!: I myself prefer beef pho, not because of the bird flu. :P

If u come to Hanoi, tell me and i'll treat u :)

I think that if you wanna "phở" with beef. You will must mind to "Phở bò Nam Định", It's best in Nam Định. 8)

Hey guys,
it sounds very delicious. Maybe I'll get a chance to try it.
Anything else (food) that you'd recommend for a visitor to try while visiting Vietnam?

ok... Vietnamese food is rated high level on the world because the harmonious mixing spice, it's not so hot [ as Indian food], not so sweet + greasy [as Western's foods ]... so many fruit, vegetable in the dish, and you can find many of them are medicament! :-P

[color=#4040FF]This is a picture of "Cha gio" (spring roll ), one of the most Vietnamese famous food. We makes it from pork, a kind of dry mushroom, spice, eggs, pepper, noodle,... We wrap and roll all by a rice paper... After that, we fry it... Yummy... It's very delicious and eat with sauce fish- another special Vietnamese sauce .
