Problematic Vs Problem ,,, Who can help me ? :(

Post by Altamimi »

Hi everybody

I was reading a passage and I found a strange word and confused me, I hope that you can help me to understand the difference between "Problematic and Problem". :-(

For example.
"In some cases a problem child is placed in a special school..." in this example, Can I use "Problematic " instead of "Problem"... ?

Other example
"Some places are more problematic than others for women traveling alone".Can I use "Problem " instead of "Problematic"... ? :-?
---------------------
Hopefully, you can notice the confusion !! :-|

The word problematical, which is an adjective, must be used instead of the word problem which is a noun.

Other example
"Some places are more
problematic than others for women traveling alone".Can I use
"Problem " instead of "Problematic"... ? :-? No
