I think about you've to eat rice or bread is not difference.
Foods consisting of carbohydrate can be slowly/hard to metabolism on body==
If the metabolism more slowly, it's mean absorbing the compounds will increase in your body.
Some foods like Rice, bread, mealt are consist of carbohydrate.
My advice about weight loss that you will start for low-carb eating.
And doing exercise everyday.Fitness or going for swim ..
The important point that you need to eat right and workout

not easy
but' i think you can do it .

well
i loosed 20 kg. in 2 years well i did not follow any diet i only reduce my food and walked .
u can fouce on friiuts and vegatables more it really works

yes, physical exercise is very important for health, especially aerobics exercise is very good, once you stop to exercise, you will not rebound on your weight, each time you complete a exercise, you can fell some comfortable on your body and have a good mood in life. during my off hours, i will play badmintoon in an indoor court. after insisting on a month exercise, i become stronger than i was. and have better taste and better mood. i suggest all of you try to exercise, do not worry about wasting your time. just drawing several hour each week for exercises. finnally, you can find much improvement on your body, and even change your life gradually.

the only advice that i can give to is doing sport because i have lost 15kg in doing sports like jumping walking and playing your favourite sport like basketball

Hi.... this is such a normal fact... I must tell you..
You have to think about the change your body is supporting... I live in Costa Rica, Central America and 6 yars ago I went to Korea because of the Soccer World Cup...this was a problem for me because there was a lot of food I didn´t even have seen in my all life.. When I began to eat all this stuff my body changed, I gained 15 kgs in a 22 days trip...just incredible!!!
To lose that extra weight I began to eat 5 times by day but with smaller portions, and for sure, I also started with an excercise program ( not so hard but trying to get in motion at least during 60 minutes 4 times a week ).
Try with this ....

Loosing weight is not difficult.If you walk daily 10 km without eating any thing your weight will be loosed up 3kg in one month.

True. Sometime it's really hard to get fitting clothes these days. I'm not overweight. I'm just 171.5 cm tall and something 73 to 74 kg weight. I think It's still in range, but it's still hard to find fitting and comfortable clothes. All because of some fashion designers weird obsessions.
The worst I have got across is when the pants designer have had wrong idea about the correct size of testicles and made pants too tight from that area.. I guess in such case there's only 2 options. not to wear pants or.. second option is the one about losing weight in a way that I even don't to think about.
I think the Italians might be the worst clothes makers.. all that not needed style and fashion.

The first one is: We have a calories balance called basal metabolism rate. this is the quatity of energy your body needs per day. When u eat more than that rate you become fatter. So is important you to do a negative balance, eat less than your body spends. But, the best way to do that is to eat nice nutrition food and pratice aerobics exercises.
The second one: Look for a personal trainer or fitness intructor in dublin to make u a body composition analys. Therefore u will know about your B.M.R. (basal metabolism rate) and He/she will conduct you to the best way to lose this extra weight.
