He said "Truth is no answer."

That's a sentence. "Truth is no answer" is a sentence already.

Why do you want to use it? It sounds quite philosophical.

You could compare: Truth has no answer

Also: "What is Truth?' spoken by Pilate to Jesus, to which the unspoken answer was a Roman anagram of the time.

Quid est veritas : What is Truth?
Est vir qui adest : It is the Man (who stands) before you.

But I digress. Please expand on how you want to use "Truth is no answer."
