Capitalization of subject and 'unglowiing'

Request to remove "Unglowing" blog poast regarding Obola

1. Should certain words of the above subject be capitalized ?

2. Is 'unglowing" correctly used?

It's a matter of style. Either all capitalized (usually except for prepositions, articles etc) or no capitalization:

Request to Remove Unglowing Blog Post Regarding Obama

Request to remove unglowing blog post regarding Obama

If "unglowing" means "unflattering", then it would probably be understood. Depends on the audience.
