i have a big problum in maneging my time .....
i cant divied it in agood way .....

I have very little time during the day to do the things I like to.
Eventhough I love my job there is no Me TIME in my life.
That is why waking up an hour earlier than usual was a good solution for me. This way I am able to read the news, and study a little english.Organization is key to accomplish daily routines. I would suggest you to get an agenda and plan your day hourly and of course stick with your schedule.Anyway i hope the tip will help you.

you can divide your time in the differents activities in the week :
with a table with 7 columns
First you write what you cannot change/move.
Then you can divide :
-work
-studying
-housework (do you say so ?)
-having rest
-shopping
-football
-meal
-etc.
and decide for each one how much time you will spend every week (there are only 168 hours in one week, and many are sleeping). and decide when...
don't stress. Don't try to do more than what you can do.
Another important thing is :
- which are your goals ? your real goals !
- do my actions and my goals match ?
- fix one delay to each goal !
Priority to your wellness and to your health (good alimentation, regular breaks in day, sport).

Always try to do works thru scheduling your time or else you wont be able to handle your time.
Such as, 8:30 to 5:30 AM office, 5:30 to 6:30 Gym, 6:30 to 7:30 Study, Etc
