Got a question!
I need some help figuring out what kind of "tense" this sentence is... As far as I can tell, it's Present progressive/present continuous. NEGATIVE
I need help making up some sort of "game" or a worksheet exercise to teach the students the meaning of NEGATIVE Present progressive/present continuous...
He isn't a stranger because I have met him before.
Any ideas?
Cheers!

Re: Present progressive/present continuous
In the progressive/continous tenses (Gerund ) ING form of the verb is used: Example: Studying, has been studying, had been studying, etc.
In the particular sentence mentioned by you:
He isn't a stranger because I have met him before.
