Personal pronoun

Words like 'that, which' are more appropriate to use as given in the below example,

The train that/which goes to xyz place has already left the station.

However, some people are using a sentence without them, like

The train goes to ... has already left the station.

Please give me more details about this type of pronoun, thank you.

In such sentences, "which/that", placed as such, are used as determiners.
In my humble opinion, if a speaker doesn't use them in such cases, at such places, he speaks informal English. :mrgreen:
