We muslims celebrate two EID,One is called EID-UL-FITAR (عیدالفطر) and the second is called EID-UL-ADHA (عیدالاضحی).
EID Ul Fitr is celebrated after the thirty, twenty nine or twenty eight days of RAMADAN depending on sighting of the moon, and after the holy month of RAMADAN (The fasting month) then we celebrate three days of EID-UL-FITR. In EID-UL-FITR we perform the EID prayer, Wishe each other happiness, blessings and good prayers, visit each other,s homes, meet friends and celebrate and go on picnics.
EID-UL-ADHA is celebrated after the passage of two months from the EID-UL-FITR. In EID-UL-ADHA we slaughter the HALAL animals as directed by ALLAH (SWT) such as Sheeps and cows etc and distribute the meat with friends and family and poor people. and remaining the same as EID-UL-FITR, visit friends, go to each others homes, celebrate and go to picnics.
I hope this much explanation is enough for you to get enough info about EID

Thank you for your explanation. It's really interesting the knowing of that kind of things belonging to other cultures. There are many beautiful traditions worldwide. It's awesome.
