Hello! I am from Taiwan students. On swimming and running are all good ways. As to which is better I think first have to find their way to facilitate the movement and are interested in sports can achieve such good results.
Both sports are good but I think swimming is much better sport than the running. Swimming is a great recreational activity for people of all ages. This can offer the wellness advantages of a strenuous exercise as well as the fun and excitement of competitors. Recreational swimming can offer you with a low-impact exercise and it’s also an excellent way to rest and feel good.
