Modern people Likes eating the fast food
This is the ill health
Should eat the vegetables and the multi-movements
Can maintain the body weight
Is also not easy to fall ill

Healthy lifestyle is not just eating healthy food but also sleep well and enough, make exercise, avoid stress (this is not easy ) no alcohol, no drugs, no smoking.
It seems very boring but when we follow these rules we really feel SUPER! :)))

We don't make exercise but we TAKE some exercise, do we?
