opinion

Post by freewind »

Dear teacher,
As I know after "opinion" are possible three prepositions but I am not sure about usage. Are all these sentences possible? If so, is there a difference in meaning?
What is your opinion on her?
What is your opinion of her?
What is your opinion about her?
Thanks in advance.

Only the second is formally correct, but the third would have informal acceptability.
