Concord (1)

Post by SARDORBEK »

1) Either the students or the teacher is planning to come.
2) Either the students or the teacher are planning to come.

Please tell me (1) which one is more formal?
And is there any difference between them (2) in terms of Am.E and Br.E.?

Many thanks...
