Could you check these red articles? (Basically, whether they must be applied in the following sentences or not? I'm almost sure that they do not have to be used because they refer to the same subject, but please dispel my doubts.)

2. It can be asserted that talent and natural predispositions have facilitated the Italian's process of becoming a fine footballer, and consequently a model as well as an entrepreneur.
with or without "a/an"
