Hi everyone, I need help with these sentences, I've been told they sound like a 5th grade grammar:
"She should learn some basic debating skills"
"You don't go off on someone like that just because they have different views than you do"

2. Ok except “go off on”. Do you mean:
go off at (attack, shout at)
go off (change from like to dislike)
