Re: rushing daily routine OR rushed daily routine ??
If you mean "a daily routine that is rushed", then "rushed daily routine" is correct.
It's hard to see any meaning in "rushing daily routine".

With rushing daily routine I mean a daily routing being in hurry. So if I translate from Italian it should make sense instead of rushed which regards a person

If you mean "a daily routine where everyone and everything is in a hurry", then "rushed daily routine" is correct.
"rushing daily routine" makes no sense in English.
Direct translation is often problematic.

The best thing is always to show the phrase in context - ie provide the sentence or paragraph in which it occurs. This helps to avoid misunderstanding.
But I still believe that my points above are valid.
