Hi Alan,

Can you please tell me if the words ending in "ing" are subjects, objects or something else. I'm confused.

A time will come when improving your english will be neccesary.
I understand that doing classes on skype is very convenient.
From what I have heard, getting a good job is difficult at the moment.
