Is it correct to say:
The company's move into property speculation.
I understand that company's move means the movement of the company, but where is the verb in this sentence.

Indeed, this is not a proper sentence because there is no verb. A valid sentence would be, for example:
The company's move into property speculation is expected to improve profits.
