Capital letters or small letter

Whether the following words should always start with capital letter or these words may start with small letters also:

1. Government (Govt. or govt.)
2. Monday (or any day in a week)
3. January (or any month)
4. any political ideology (Socialism or socialism etc.)
5. Name of a country
6. Name of a mountain or river or sea or desert or forest etc.
7. Nationality of a person (e.g. American or american etc.)
8. Name of animals (Tiger or tiger etc.)
9. Rank of a person (Minister or minister, President or president, King or king, Captain or captain, Officer or officer etc.)
10. Army or army, Police or police etc.
11. Religion (Christianity or christianity etc.)
