A:Can you provide me with the quotation?
B: We are still calculating the cost. Will this product be influenced by the anti-dumping taxes in your country? If it will be influenced by the taxes, the prices won’t be competitive enough, to be honest.

The use of 'will' in a conditional clause is possible, but not in this case.
