used to do vs used to doing

what is the difference in meaning between(used to+infinitive)and (was/were used to +verb+ing)?

i mean:

I used to get up early.
I was used to getting up early.

When to use each

“Used to do” and “used to doing” are two different forms of the phrase "used to" and are used to talk about past habits or actions that were common or regular but are no longer the case.

Not true.

“Used to do” is about the past.

“Used to doing” can be about past, present or future.
