1) Observe anyone who has been humiliated by someone and you'll see I am right.
2) Observe anyone who has been humiliated by anyone and you'll see I am right.

3) Observe someone who has been humiliated by someone and you'll see I am right.
4) Observe someone who has been humiliated by anyone and you'll see I am right.

Are all grammatical?
Do they all mean the same?

Yes, all are possible and, depending on context, could be interchangeable.
