Well! I think it could help to improve your listening skills. However, some song writer intentionally use bad grammar to make their song sound smooth. Therefore, you should be careful if you want to learn grammars by listening to US-UK music.

Regularly listening to US-UK music can really boost your English skills. It helps you learn new words in different situations and gets you used to various accents and everyday slang. Plus, songs often tell stories and share feelings, giving you a deeper understanding of the language and culture.
Listening to music over and over again also helps you get better at understanding spoken English. You start picking up on the rhythm, tone, and how words are pronounced. So, by adding music to your learning routine, you make studying English more fun and effective!

It really depends on the genre.
For example rap is not great to learn from. Any dance track would be overkill with the bass and beat.
Though if you listen to any kind of music that is dominated with vocals and tells a story like mentioned in a previous post, you may pick up new vocabulary and grammar structures. Country is a good start, or simple pop.
