I know other way to boil egg. It's very delicious and simple. After hard boil put egg in cold water. wait few minut and shell it, and put it again in the water with soya sauce. Boil it 6-8 minut.

if you are using a lid when boiling... uncover your pot as soon as it starts to boil so that egg won't break.
