Does this sentence make sense?
"I have always had to learn things the hard way, because sadly the people around me like to play the strong, and never speak of their problems."
Note: By 'playing the strong', I mean they like to make others believe they are 'powerful' and in the best place in life, and only when others experience something bad, do they admit they had gone through the same before.
