Are these sentences correct:

1) For any of these doors, I can make a key that will open it.
2) For any of these doors, I can make a key that will open them.

3) As regards any of these doors, I can make a key that will open it.
4) As regards any these doors, I can make a key that will open them.

All grammatically possible except #4.
