"I have been taking this medication as of 16 April 2024. However, the medication has constantly run out of stock at the hospital where I receive it, which has obliged me to be deprived of it for several days. For that reason, I'm interested in obtaining a spare package of it in order to fill the days when another stocks rupture occurs, even if I have to buy it abroad."

I have been taking this medication as of 16 April 2024. However, the hospital where I receive it is constantly running out of stock, which means that I am deprived of it for several days at a time. For that reason, I'm interested in obtaining a spare package of it in order to fill the days when another stock rupture occurs, even if I have to buy it abroad.
Note that a person or organisation runs out of stock of a product.
The product itself does not run out of stock, though we do say "Product X is out of stock".
