paragraph

Is this paragraph free of mistakes?

"I have been taking this medication as of 16 April 2024. However, the medication has constantly run out of stock at the hospital where I receive it, which has obliged me to be deprived of it for several days. For that reason, I'm interested in obtaining a spare package of it in order to fill the days when another stocks rupture occurs, even if I have to buy it abroad."

Thank you.

I have been taking this medication as of 16 April 2024. However, the hospital where I receive it is constantly running out of stock, which means that I am deprived of it for several days at a time. For that reason, I'm interested in obtaining a spare package of it in order to fill the days when another stock rupture occurs, even if I have to buy it abroad. :ok:

Note that a person or organisation runs out of stock of a product.

The product itself does not run out of stock, though we do say "Product X is out of stock".
