What about 4? I don't think it's a native way to ask such a question.

Every Sunday morning, I take a running around a park near my home. There’s a __1__ in one corner of the park. Each time I run, I see the same __2__ woman sitting by the lake. And there is always a small __3__ beside her.

While I was running last Sunday morning, my curiosity got the better of __4__, so I stopped running and walked over to her. As I got closer, I found inside the cage (笼子) were __5__ turtles (龟), slowly walking around. She had a fourth turtle on her leg that she was carefully __6__.

“Hello,” I said. “I’d love to know what you’re doing with these turtles.”

She smiled. “I’m cleaning their shells (壳),” she replied. “It’s all about the things on a turtle’s shell, __7__ algae (海藻) or scum (浮沫). They __8__ the turtle from swimming. They can __9__ weaken the shell over time. It’s my own way of doing __10__ meaningful.”

“Wow! That’s really __11__ of you! But there are turtles living in lakes all around the world. And __12__ any of these turtles has kind people like you to help them clean their shells. So how exactly are you sure that you are truly __13__?” I questioned.

The old woman smiled again. She then __14__ the turtle on her leg, brushed the last piece of algae from its shell, and said, “Sweetie, if this little guy could __15__, he’d tell you I just made all the difference in the world.”
