Recommendations for improving use of english skill.

Hi everyone, i've spent more than 10 years learning english at a high level, but i'm actually unable to acquire a good level of use of english without depending on luck or instinct. Furthermore, i've tried to search new methodologies to achive a better learning process but at the end all of them are the same, anyone that can help me to find something different and useful??

Feeling stuck is normal. Try shadowing natives and use them in real talk. Fluency....it clicks!!
