He who runs for taste doesn't get tired

Post by PinkLady »

1. Is the following sentence grammatically correct?

"In my country, there is a proverb that says 'He who runs for taste doesn't get tired'."

2. By the way, is there a similar proverb in English?

Thank you.

1. Yes, grammatically correct

2. Is this suggesting the value of quality over quantity? No doubt there is a similar idiom but it escapes me right now. Let’s hope another member has a better memory than mine
