Hi everyone,
I'm having trouble managing the classroom and would appreciate your advice. Ten Saudi Arabian pupils, ages eleven to thirteen, make up my group; five of them are rather unruly, while the other five are well-behaved. Which techniques would you suggest using to deal with the unruly pupils and make the classroom a more productive place for everyone to learn?

Split any groups you can see.
I would be quite firm and strict with my teaching style, don't show any weakness. Once they are following, you can change the tempo.
Discipline. At those ages, they know the consequences of their actions, they are testing your limits.
