I developed an App for Practicing English Speaking

Post by dgrigoryan »

Speaking a new language has always been a challenge for me, not just the words, but the confidence to use them. As a naturally shy person, I often found myself hesitating, afraid of making mistakes or sounding awkward. This fear held me back from improving my speaking skills, and I knew I needed a better way to practice. That’s why I developed a mobile app called "SpeakIt Lab".

SpeakIt Lab is an app designed to help people like me build confidence in speaking. Instead of practicing with others right away, users can talk to their phones, receive real-time feedback, and improve at their own pace. The app uses interactive dialogues, speech recognition, and fun quizzes.

Now I need your help to understand if the app is truly useful for learners and to learn what features you’d like me to implement, I need your honest feedback. Your insights will be incredibly valuable in improving the app’s features and making it more effective.

If you're interested in trying it out and sharing your thoughts here is the link to the app:
