Is this dialogues grammatically correct?
"Theresa is in town. Don't you think we choose meet with her?"
"O.K. Arrange a day with her. But keep in mind that my time is restricted, so it'd better be on a holiday or on a weekend. And don't forget that as of May 8, I will be in Italy for 5 days."

I think you should change it to:
"Theresa is in town. Should we meet her?"
"OK. Set a day, but my time is limited — better on a weekend or holiday. I'll be in Italy for five days starting May 8."
