as i said on the other thread.. i thought portugal wouldnt pass the first stage, and now here we are playing to be in the final, but yeah... lets everbody keep thinking that we wont go to the final, that has given us until now a great lucky 8)

France! I'll support them! Zidane is that good as I fell in love with international soccer in 2000! I love portuguese team! A lot, but the last game was lame and without Ricardo my favourite guys were already flying home. People here say they act like drama actors not like players!

I hope semi-finals and final will be honest and fair! Judgement stinks! Argentina is off only due to the poor judgement! and so is Australia I must say! France!

I wish the cup for france whatever the final match's
opposite team , but I think that it'll be the Germanic team.

well,,, all of us saw that yasterday was a blck day in Germany,,,,,

they lost 0-2 from Italy

they play well, but the Italy team ,,,, bet them in the last 3 mints

well done Italy,,

and lets see tOday....

i think Portogal has crossed a long way to come here,,, may be they will make a suprise and win it ,,

but Zidan and Thoram are there,,,,

and dont forget Goal keeper,!!!

hallow everybody,i have just joined this forum

and the first thing i like to write about is sport. but i do know why there is no body here who support italy i like this team alot and i hop that italy will succeed in winning the world cup, since the italian team play with logiq and seriousity,and most the players have experience. :D who support italy who?

Personally I am happy to see them gone. They have good players and actually play very well as a team, their football isnt the most thrilling to watch but my main complaint is their theatrical playacting. Diving needs to be eradicated from this bueatiful game and also calling for your oppsoition to be given a yellow or red card. Its disgraceful and for me Portugal have been gulty of unfair play through out this tournament. There is no place for cheating in football, because that is what it is, CHEATING !!

Italy, after the match with Germany , proved to be the most powerful team in this cup.

I think this cup will be for them ( even i havn't ever thought about it ! )

France Vs. Portughal was a nice game to somewhat.

But The final match will be extermely thrilling i think.

Not sure I would agree, Italy have surprised everyone with their style, which seems to change from game to game. I personally would love to see France win bit I think this Final will be a very tight game and Italy for me will have the edge as France don't have a "plan b" if you wish. Italy can switch from a 4 man midfield to a 5 man midfield and France better be ready for that because Pirlo will be that extra man and he is good.

yeah.. for the hapiness of many members of this board(Butler 8) ) portugal has been eliminated and now we are going to play th e most silly game of ever, who wants to know who is 3th ot 4th place.. but ok we will play and the final score doesnt matter at all, talking about the final i guess italy is more strong as a team and france has a small group of what i would call the best of the best, i just love to watch zidane playing and also henry... if we join to these tow players like vieira and riberry, not to mention trezegue that has been forgotten on the bench for ages we have an amazing team that can beat any other team in the world, but for me its indifferent.. i dont care to much about who is going to win the final, i just wanted to watch a good game at the level it should be.

The same here. But from what we have witnessed, I won't be suprised if the two final matches aren't interesting. I still hope to watch a really good match in this WC. Maybe the match between Germany and Portugal will be better than the final match. Waiting for the return of Oliver Kahn in the match tonight.

Not any more - I've changed my mind! A couple of good matches can't solve the problems of teams, french one truly speaking. After france playing against Brazil I though here is the winning team that plays like god but after portugal vs france I realised that they are not that good at all. On the contrary - Italy was surprising! and more over it has Del Piero

and who says that girls are permanent in their decisions??
