Scotland Accent Comedy

Here is a short video made by comedians of the US, I think. It is not on youtube (i am not sure, because we cannot get access to it from our homeland, but we do have similar platforms like it).

Indian accent is often ridiculed by many English learners and even in the American soap opera The Big Bang, there is an Indian nerd, haha, you know what I mean. But here in this video, I am told the accent is Scottish, since I have no direct or indirect contacts with such a variety of English or Scottish, I think it sounds more like Indian dialect.

Yes, definitely Scottish accents from the first air traffic control and then Welsh accent from the next air traffic control. I don’t know either but may be made by US or UK team. Maybe someone else knows for sure? It’s probably on YouTube somewhere.
