Tenses

Hello, Can anyone please help me if the following sentences I make is true and correct and how to decide on the tenses?

1. He said he did not want to go - Past perfect tense
2. Because he had heard - past perfect tense
3. that it would not be as safe as - future continuous tense
4. the Salesman claimed it was - past perfect tense.

2. Because he had heard - past perfect tense -ok
3. that it would not be as safe as - future in the past
4. the Salesman claimed it was - past tense simple

He said he did not want to go because he had heard / heard that it would not be as safe as the salesman claimed it was / would be.

Future continuous tense ex.:
This time next week I will be driving to London.
