From my point of view speaking is the most important skill in english because is the one that we are going to use more in our daily life and for that reason we have to improve it practising every time we have time. Nowadays speaking in English is very important but in some cases it is indispensable.
I work in a big company which researches tropical diseases like malaria or the resistance of the antibiotics. There are more than four hundred workers of a lot of different countries of the world, for this reason, the vehicular language is English.
I remember, when I started at the company, I wasn’t be able to understand or speak in English. After a year, I started second course of English at EOI and now I am be able to take messages, transfer calls, attend to visitors, and so on and so forth.
Now, I am hopeful and thrilled because I have got a permanent position since a month and I believe that it was thank to improve my English. In addition, two weeks ago, a colleague gave me an important advice and it surprised me. If I were you, I would improve my fluency and accuracy in English because it is very important if you want to get a better position.
