Are these sentences correct:
a) "He has some back issues, as a consequence of a fall from a horse."
b) "He has some issues in his back, as a consequence of a horse fall."

Probably 'back problems' would be preferable to either.
(The expression 'back issue' is potentially highly ambiguous!)
