Do these sentences make sense?

a) "Children to need to be occupied with good activities, but it seems that Susan and Billy burn out their children."

b) "Children to need to be occupied with good activities, but it seems that Susan and Billy overwork their children."

c) "Children to need to be occupied with good activities, but it seems that Susan and Billy overschedule their children's time."

Thank you.
