1. Are these sentences correct?
a) "While I was riding my bicycle, I felt almost like a bird, rejoicing greatly at the breeze on my face."
b) "While I was riding my bicycle, I felt almost like a bird, enjoying greatly the breeze on my face."
2. In case both are correct, which one sounds better?

Both are possible or “correct”.
In the first, “greatly” seems redundant to me.
