For example

  • I'm sorry, but I can't talk right now.

  • The manager isn't here right now, but he'll be back soon if you'd like to wait.

Note:
Another collocation with the same meaning is "just now". "Right now" and "just now" can only be used in present time. To talk about a particular moment in the past, you can use "then" or "just then" instead, as in "I couldn't talk just then".
