You can say this if you strongly disagree with someone, or strongly object to what they're doing.
For example
- "The Saints could win the premiership next year."
"Come off it, Matt! They haven't got a chance." - Jenny showed her boyfriend the price tag on the dress. "Come off it, love!" he said. "Do you think I'm made of money?"
This is very informal, so never say it to your teacher, your boss, etc.
