You can say this if someone says something that's impossible or unrealistic.
- "I'm going to be a movie star one day."
"A movie star? Hah! Get real, will you!"
- "Why not let company's regulate themselves?"
"Get real! They'd do all sorts of damage if the government didn't regulate them."
