Meaning

If you say this to somebody, it means that you're very angry or upset with them.

For example

  • After we'd been arguing for a while, my wife yelled, "Go to hell!" and stormed off.

  • Our manager was angry because we'd asked for a pay rise. "As far as I'm concerned," he said, "you can all go to hell!"
