You can say this after someone asks you to do something and you'd be happy to do it, or it wouldn't be a problem to do.

For example

  • "Can you help me fix my bike."
    "No worries. What's the problem?"

  • "Is it OK if I try this shirt on?"
    "Yeah, no worries. The changing room's over there."


This is typically used in British and Australian English but may be used in other varieties of English too.
