You can this say after somebody thanks you, or if you accept somebody's apology, excuse, explanation, etc.
- "Thanks a lot."
"No worries, mate."
- "Sorry I didn't call you back right away."
"No worries. It wasn't urgent."
This is typically used in British and Australian English but may be used in other varieties of English too.
