You can say this if you understand your instructions, or understand what someone wants you to do.

For example

  • "Call me when you're ready, OK?"
    "Right you are."

  • "As soon as he gets here, bring him to my office."
    "Right you are, boss."

Also "Sure thing!" (informal) and "As you wish" (formal)


This is typically used in British and Australian English but may be used in other varieties of English too.
